WOTUS Listening Session Planned for Public Stakeholders
Listening session scheduled for May 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. MT
HELENA, Mont. – On May 29th, the U.S. EPA and the Department of the Army will be conducting a hybrid listening session for the public on Zoom and in-person at the Utah Department of Environmental Quality Multi-Agency State Office Building (address: 195 N 1950 W, Salt Lake City, UT).
The consecutive sessions will be offered at 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. MT and 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. MT. Participants for this session will include the Office of Water Acting Assistant Administrator, Peggy Browne, Region 8 Administrator, Cyrus M. Western and representatives from the Department of the Army.
This will be the final Waters of the United States (WOTUS) listening session offered by the U.S. EPA and the Army. If attending in person, preregistration is not required, although it will assist us with event coordination.
