GAP And GHP Info

The Food Safety Modernization Act does not take place of the USDA Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) & Good Handling Practices (GHPs), although farms utilizing these programs will be in a great position to comply with the Produce Safety Rule.  It is expected that the FDA and USDA will continue to work together to release guidance.
