Vendor Registration has closed for 2024
This show will give you a chance to showcase and provide samples of your products to buyers from distributors, restaurants, hotels, bars, retail stores, and more! This show will be open to professional buyers ONLY.
The 2024 show will take place on October 14 , 2024 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Missoula, MT from 11:00am – 5:00pm. Set up is available on October 13 th, for those that need it.

Booth Size: 10’w x 10’ deep: Pipe and Drape Booth Structure (8’ high back wall and 3’ high side divider)
Each 10x10 Booth includes:
- One (1) 6’L x 24”w x 30”h Black Skirted Table (size and height upgrades available through K&J)
- One (1) 20amp Power Source (additional power can be ordered through K&J)
- Two (2) standard chairs
- One (1) small wastebasket
(Double Booth will receive double the amenities listed above)

* SAMPLING: If you are providing alcoholic samples during the Montana Beverage Show, Department of Ag staff will contact you regarding the process once you have registered.
