Fertilizer Label Requirements
Product Labeling Guide by the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials.
- Net weight
- Name and address of the registrant or guarantor
- Brand
- Grade, except if no primary nutrients are claimed
- Guaranteed analysis
- Directions for use of the fertilizer by the end user
- Guaranteed analysis of the product in the bin
Any bin in the state in which commercial fertilizer is stored for distribution must have affixed to or printed on it a label setting forth in clearly legible and conspicuous form:
- Guaranteed analysis of the product in the bin
