Montana Cat and Dog Treat Labeling Requirements
A pet treat intended for a cat or a dog that is manufactured in Montana and does not contain any medication or drug or meat, poultry, fish, or their byproduct as an ingredient qualifies for certain licensing exemptions 80-9-201(4)(b)(ii) and limited labeling and registration requirements 80-9-202(1)(c)
