Initial Pesticide Training

The department offers an initial training course during March each year to provide new pesticide applicators and dealers basic information about pesticide laws and regulations, licensing processes, information about pesticide safety, pesticide use practices and equipment calibration, and basic information about pest management.

The three day course will be held in Billings, Montana February 22 - 25, 2010 and in Helena, Montana March 8 -11, 2010. An opportunity to take licensing exams is offered at the end of the training.
