Pesticide applicators are required to obtain a certain number of education credits to qualify for relicensing, depending on the license category. One way to track your credits is through the use of the department's web application that is listed under Links below. Licensed Applicators, and Dealers, can view courses approved for their license category and they can also enter their license number to view the recertification credits that they have accumulated in the current period.

  • Exciting changes for Pesticide Training!
    • MDA now offers and approves one (1) credit training opportunities. Check the "Approved Courses" for current listings
    • New online courses are available! Fees range from FREE to $25 per credit, depending on the sponsor. Please note: there is a 6 credit maximum for online training in one recertification cycle. You may take as many online trainings as you wish, however only 6 credits will count toward your required 12 credits.

Links to view credits, browse available training courses and licensing requirements can be found below under "Links".
