The inbound mission will bring in key European bakeries, cereal, and other food processors seeking U.S. sources for a broad range of specialty grains and other products, including but not limited to: gluten free oats, millet, spelt, triticale, groats, safflower and oils, flax, buckwheat, and edible beans, lentils and peas. Registration is open until May 19.
