Emergency Grants for Disaster-Related Weed Problems
The Montana Department of Agriculture announces that $150,000 from the Noxious Weed Trust Fund is available for emergency grants to help combat noxious weed issues that may arise from fires, new invaders, floods, and other causes.
Grant application forms can be found online at https://fundingmt.org.
There is a $25,000 project cap on emergency grants and a deadline of September 1, 2012 for flood-related grants. All other emergency grants will have a November 1, 2012 deadline.
